Ashura bot offers a convenient solution to raise customer tickets by staff. To replace CoffeeApp, I developed Ashura. Ashura lives in Microsoft Teams, and it manages tickets on the Microsft SharePoint list. Proactive notifications will be trigged on status updates accordingly.
